Job Summary: Work on the migration to Intune, performing OS replacement, data migration, and reconfiguration of Android and iOS mobile devices. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in data migration between devices and system reinstallation 2. User support during the mobile device migration process 3. Work with Android and iPhone (iOS) devices **Support Technician (iOS and Android formatting/configuration)** Scope: Participate in the Intune migration project, performing OS replacement, data migration, and mobile device reconfiguration, ensuring continuity of use for end users. Execute mobile device migration to Microsoft Intune Perform OS replacement / reconfiguration of corporate mobile phones Support users during the migration process, ensuring: Backup and restoration of data Reconfiguration of corporate applications Work with devices: Android / iPhone (iOS) Follow procedures and guidelines provided by the project team Record support tickets and migration statuses Experience: Android devices iPhone (iOS) devices Data migration between devices OS replacement or reinstallation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in an Information Technology program; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; resilience, dynamism, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure; Preferred Qualifications: ITSM ServiceNow knowledge and usage.
