**JOB MISSION**
Manage and support the company's labor relations, ensuring compliance with current legislation, agreements, and collective bargaining agreements, thereby contributing to the mitigation of labor-related risks and the maintenance of a balanced and safe organizational environment.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Monitor and interpret labor legislation, agreements, and collective bargaining agreements, ensuring correct application of internal policies.
* Provide support to leadership and internal departments regarding labor legislation, internal policies, and people management practices.
* Support union negotiation processes, participating in meetings and monitoring collective agreements.
* Manage and monitor labor litigation processes, organizing documents, supporting materials, and information for defense.
* Conduct labor risk analyses and propose preventive and corrective actions.
* Support labor audits and inspections by providing required documentation and clarifications.
* Support the Human Resources Department on topics such as working hours, time banks, warnings, suspensions, and terminations, ensuring legal compliance.
* Prepare reports and indicators related to labor liabilities, contingencies, and litigation developments.
**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Prior experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources Department, or labor law practice.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration routines.
