We are looking for an **Infrastructure Assistant** for our team in **São Carlos – SP.** **Your Essential Challenge** On a daily basis, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring: * The **stability, security, and high availability of IT infrastructure**, maintaining systems and technological environments operating efficiently. * **Business continuity**, through monitoring and incident prevention across infrastructure. * **Corporate environment connectivity and technical support**, ensuring teams and systems operate securely and with optimal performance. ️ **Your Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain **servers, networks, operating systems, and technological environments**, ensuring infrastructure stability and security. * Monitor IT infrastructure performance, **identifying and preventing incidents** that could impact operations. * Monitor network equipment such as **switches, routers, firewalls, and access points**, ensuring efficient and secure connectivity. * Administer **physical and virtual environments**, including Windows and/or Linux servers, network services, storage, and virtualization. * Implement and maintain **information security policies**, access controls, backup routines, and security updates. * Provide **technical support** related to infrastructure, assisting users, internal teams, and vendors. * Document and keep **infrastructure information**, technical procedures, network diagrams, and IT standards up to date. * Participate in **technology projects**, supporting deployments, improvements, and infrastructure modernization. * Perform **preventive and corrective hardware diagnostics and maintenance**, including computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. **What We’re Looking For (Your Essential Approach):** * Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields**, completed or in progress. * Experience in **IT infrastructure, network, and server administration**. * Knowledge of **Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networking, virtualization, and information security**. * Experience with **infrastructure monitoring and advanced technical support**. * Knowledge of **hardware maintenance and corporate device management**. * Organization, analytical thinking, and ability to solve technical problems. * Even if you don’t meet all requirements but are eager to learn and care deeply about your work, we’d love to meet you! **Our Essential Cultural Fit** We value people who demonstrate the following daily: **Responsibility** Commitment to system stability, information security, and operational continuity. **Collaboration** Partnering with internal teams and vendors to deliver efficient solutions. **Organization** Ability to structure processes, document information, and maintain well-managed infrastructure. **Proactivity** Anticipating issues, identifying improvements, and acting preventively to avoid impacts. **Care for People and Processes** Understanding that technology is essential to support people’s work and deliver high-quality results. **Our Care for You** Because those who care also deserve care.
