We seek a dynamic and communicative individual who will be responsible for operating across various HR subsystems, preferably focusing on Payroll Department. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Timekeeping management; \- Payroll analysis and submission to the accounting office; \- Benefits administration and internal communication; \- Support on labor-related matters and compliance with legislation; \- Development and analysis of HR indicators and reports. **Requirements:** \- Completed bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; \- Proven experience in HR or Payroll Department roles; \- Familiarity with labor routines; \- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, initiative, and teamwork orientation; \- Knowledge of labor legislation will be considered an advantage. **Desirable:** \- Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields; \- Availability to work in São Carlos - SP.
