With an experienced team, the company stands out for efficiency and commitment to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and control construction execution, verifying construction stages, technical quality, productivity, and schedule adherence. Perform physical and financial measurements, validating quantities, values, and contractual compliance of contractors and suppliers. Provide technical support and, when necessary, authorize high-impact technical and financial services in the absence of the responsible engineer. Participate in planning meetings, contributing technical solutions and optimizing costs and timelines. Prepare monitoring reports, performance indicators, and deviation analyses. Ensure correct completion of FVM, FVS, and site diaries. Provide technical support to foremen and supervisors, guiding execution according to required quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations at construction sites. Position based in São Carlos / SP. Previous experience as Junior Project Engineer, Junior Project Analyst, Engineering Assistant, or Assistant Engineer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
