With an experienced team, the company stands out for its efficiency and commitment to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise all financial, accounting, and budgetary activities, ensuring operational compliance and efficiency. Manage cash flow, financial investments, and debt, ensuring liquidity, profitability, and financial predictability. Prepare and monitor the annual budget, analyze variances between actual vs. planned results, and propose corrective actions. Supervise accounting operations and ensure compliance with tax, fiscal, and corporate regulations. Manage financing processes with Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) and other financial institutions, including progress billings, fund disbursements, and releases. Prepare management reports, financial statements, and strategic analyses for presentation to the Executive Board and Board of Directors. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, strengthening technical, behavioral, and functional competencies. Implement improvements and automation in financial, accounting, and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and governance. Previous experience as Finance Director, Finance Coordinator, Senior Financial Analyst, or Finance Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
