Collaborating with teams to remediate vulnerabilities Perform technical validation of security requirements in application development and IT infrastructure deployment projects through internal (whitebox) testing, ensuring security controls are correctly implemented and effective in both on\-premise and cloud environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in development and infrastructure projects from early stages, focusing on building security requirement tests; * Perform whitebox security testing on applications, APIs, operating systems, containers, and network infrastructure components; * Validate security requirements defined for each project, identifying flaws, vulnerabilities, and non-conformities; * Conduct security testing on network components such as firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, etc.; * Execute security testing across diverse environments, including on-premises infrastructure and cloud services; * Assess security configurations in cloud services; * Prepare technical reports documenting test evidence, identified risks, and mitigation recommendations; * Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and governance teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities; * Support the definition of security standards and requirements for new projects; * Contribute to continuous improvement of security testing processes and automation of validations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Security; * Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, specifically in security testing; * Experience conducting security testing on applications and network infrastructure; * Knowledge of static and dynamic analysis tools. **Additional Information** Hybrid work model available.
