Develop talent attraction strategies An animal feed manufacturer is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst in São Carlos. **Responsibilities:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from profile alignment to onboarding). Conduct behavioral and technical interviews. Develop talent attraction strategies (headhunting, social media, referrals, partnerships, career fairs, etc.). Support managers in defining job profiles and decision-making. Monitor and analyze R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, hiring costs), proposing continuous improvements. Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Consultant, Recruiter, or Talent Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
