Conduct behavioral and technical interviews. Develop talent attraction strategies (headhunting, social media, referrals, partnerships, career fairs, etc.). Support managers in defining job profiles and decision-making. Monitor and analyze R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, hiring costs), proposing continuous improvements. Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Consultant, Recruiter, or Talent Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
