We seek a **responsible, proactive, and organized** professional to work as an **Engineering Analyst** in **São Carlos/SP**, who is eager to grow, highly committed and accountable for their work, and respectful toward others. Interested? Learn more. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Lean Construction Routine** **1\. Check-in / Check-out** * Attend the daily meeting; * Ensure the board is fully completed; * Identify the main causes for non-compliance with the PPC. **2\. Short Term** * Maintain the spreadsheet updated with site data (lots, activities, packages, etc.); * Require completion of the PPC spreadsheet every Monday; * Collect subcontractors’ signatures during the weekly target validation meeting; * Ensure the weekly schedule is feasible. **3\. Medium Term** * Monitor board updates and record action plans for the constraints meeting; * Complete the spreadsheet during the meeting; * Record attendance list; * Monitor and ensure removal of constraints during the week, communicating them across all departments. **4\. Long Term** * Ensure availability of all required materials; * Participate in LOB development. **5\.
