We value good communication, attention to detail, and agility. Schedule: 5x2 \- From 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Fixed days off on Mondays and Wednesdays \+ 1 Sunday per month. Minimum knowledge in professional kitchen functions is desirable, including: sanitation, cutting techniques, food preparation, fryer operation, griddle use, plating, sandwiches and side dishes, dishwashing, and general workplace cleaning. Experience with griddles is a plus.
