




**BILLING ASSISTANT** São Carlos, SP **Responsibilities:** * Issue sales and return invoices; * Generate and manage bank slips; * Pre\-check delivery manifests, comparing them with orders; * Enter purchase invoices into the system; * Register and update products in the ERP; * Support the commercial and shipping departments; * Organize tax documents and manage file archives. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in billing and invoice handling; * Knowledge of taxation, CFOP, CST, NCM, ICMS/ST, IPI, and DIFAL; * Proficiency in issuing bank slips and entering purchase invoices; * Experience with ERP or management systems; * Proficiency with spreadsheets, systems, and digital environments; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution, logistics, or wholesale companies; * Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable procedures; * Ability to work effectively in teams and share operational responsibilities.
