Job Summary: The professional will ensure efficient and secure execution of the hiring process, as well as control working hours and support HR routines. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the hiring process and working hours control. 2. Support in audits and compliance with labor regulations. 3. Guidance to employees on timekeeping rules. **Job Objective** Ensure efficient and secure execution of the entire employee hiring process, guaranteeing compliance with legal deadlines, adherence to labor legislation, and quality in the new employee experience from their entry into the company. Also manage working hours control, contributing to accurate timekeeping management and supporting Human Resources routines. **Work Location:** Araraquara \- SP **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform control, verification, and closing of electronic/manual timekeeping; Handle timekeeping inconsistencies (absences, late arrivals, overtime, time bank); * Ensure correct recording and calculation of working hours according to current legislation; * Support managers in working hours management and guidance on timekeeping registration; * Control and monitor the time bank; * Interface with payroll to ensure accurate transmission of information; * Support internal audits and ensure compliance with labor regulations; * Guide employees on timekeeping rules; * Lead and support the employee hiring process; * Support other activities within the Human Resources department or area. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in timekeeping control (high-volume experience is a plus); * Knowledge of labor legislation, especially regarding working hours and overtime; * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience with TOTVS system. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Good communication; * Analytical and problem-solving ability. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance and Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * SESC Partnership; * Health Plan; * Dental Plan.
