Job Summary: Supervise laboratory activities and the technical team, ensuring proper execution of physicochemical analyses and compliance with technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on compliance with standards and good laboratory practices **Purpose of the Role** Supervise laboratory activities, ensuring correct execution of physicochemical analyses on alcohol-derived products, guaranteeing result reliability, adherence to technical standards, and process quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily laboratory operations and the technical team * Ensure performance of analyses (alcohol content, pH, acidity, conductivity, water content, among others) * Validate results and ensure information traceability * Control calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment * Ensure compliance with standards and procedures, including ANP guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) * Manage laboratory quality and performance indicators * Support internal and external audits * Train and develop the team * Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions * Ensure workplace organization, safety, and proper working conditions **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Active registration with CRQ (Regional Council of Chemistry) * Prior experience in analytical laboratories (preferably with ethanol/fuels) * Experience in team leadership * Knowledge of quality control and technical standards **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the sugarcane-energy sector * Experience with audits and quality management systems (ISO) Compensation: R$7.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site
