Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing warehouse operational processes, ensuring inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring inventory accuracy and material traceability **Key Responsibilities:** * Map and analyze operational activities, proposing continuous improvements; * Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs; * Monitor daily operational indicators (weighing and warehousing); * Analyze, jointly with the PCP team, the required volumes of finished products for the month; * Oversee inventories throughout the year, ensuring their proper execution; * Reconcile inventories and ensure accuracy of raw materials (RM) and packaging (PK), including Vansil items and partner items; * Ensure traceability of raw materials and packaging in accordance with current procedures; * Ensure that receiving, storage, movement, and distribution processes occur efficiently; * Control and execute inventory movements in the system (consumption, adjustments, and returns); * Monitor and ensure application of FIFO and FEFO methodologies; * Update and maintain work instructions in the system; * Prepare management reports and monitor departmental performance indicators; * Participate in tactical meetings focused on continuous process improvement; * Support department leadership in operational and strategic routines; * Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines; * Receive, inspect, and store materials from suppliers; * Contribute to analysis and improvement of logistics and storage processes; * Ensure execution of cyclic inventories and blind counts, guaranteeing inventory accuracy; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Knowledge of databases, dashboards, and Power BI. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. **Location:** Descalvado \- SP.
