**Responsibilities:** * Weld metal components and structures used in filtration systems and industrial equipment. * Operate the TIG torch, guiding the tungsten electrode and adding filler material (rod) as needed to ensure high-quality finishes. * Prepare parts for welding, assemble structures, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with technical standards and Bariontec’s quality standards. * Interpret technical drawings and project specifications to execute welds correctly. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are completed on schedule. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a **TIG Welder** in an industrial environment (mandatory). * Knowledge of **safety standards** and welding techniques. * Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as a **TIG/MIG Welder**, Structural Metal Welder, or Structural Assembler. * Experience welding **structural steels and other materials** used in industrial equipment. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Meal Voucher Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Salary: R$4,000.00 – R$4,200.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
