Production Assistant - 1st and 2nd Shift We are seeking a **Production Assistant** to support production process activities, contributing to organization, line replenishment, and compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in production line activities as directed by leadership; * Replenish machines and workstations with raw materials and supplies; * Perform material and product sorting, verification, and organization; * Support product assembly, packaging, and finishing; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations; * Identify and report potential deviations in the production process; * Properly use PPE and comply with internal procedures; * Support loading, unloading, and material handling activities when required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in production or operational areas is considered an advantage; * Ability to follow routines and operational instructions; * Availability to work on a **6x1 schedule**, either during the **1st shift (5:50 AM to 2:10 PM)** or the **2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:17 PM)**. **Advantages:** * Experience in an industrial environment or on a production line; * Basic knowledge of production processes; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment; * Discipline in following rules and procedures; * Proactivity; * Agility and organization; * Good interpersonal skills.
