**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure compliance with existing company policies and corporate guidelines, including those related to the Quality Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization within production areas. Collect samples when required. Perform manual handling operations inside the industrial plant, inspections, checklists, and material movements. Adhere to production schedules, process parameters, and operational procedures. Assist other departments (Maintenance / Quality / Warehouse) during special situations such as scheduled shutdowns and others. Support the maintenance team during on-site mechanical interventions when necessary. Take care of the work environment, equipment under one’s responsibility, and coworkers. In case of doubt, always consult the immediate supervisor before starting any activity. Carry out other related duties as required by the department. Perform all activities in accordance with the company’s safety regulations. SHE Responsibilities: Follow all SHE rules; Immediately report any safety hazards; Be aware of and seek information regarding occupational risks; Actively participate and commit to SHE topics related to assigned tasks; Ensure coworkers’ safety; Ensure that the team under one’s supervision complies with safety regulations; Motivate team participation in SHE-related topics; Support SHE awareness initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule and for occasional shift changes; basic computer skills; ability to learn quickly. Educational background: Completed high school. Additional qualifications: Technical course in chemistry or related field preferred.
