**Work schedule:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Individuals residing in cities far from the project location will work on a 21-days-on/2-days-off schedule. **Project locations,** including cities such as Jaú, Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara, and others (all in the state of São Paulo). Must reside in Araraquara, São José do Rio Pardo, Igaraçu do Tietê, or Santa Bárbara d'Oeste / SP. Completed elementary education; Must be available for travel and accommodation. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical projects, including de-energized transmission lines or near energized areas (work performed only at ground level). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
