Automation and optimization of data consolidation routines **DATA ANALYST (After-sales)** São Carlos SP **Responsibilities:** * Extract, consolidate, and process data from various systems (CRM, ERP, Google Drive, and tracking spreadsheets); * Develop and update performance dashboards and reports; * Conduct results analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement; * Ensure data integrity and consistency; * Automate and optimize data and KPI consolidation routines; * Prepare PowerPoint presentations for strategic meetings; * Support internal departments with analytical insights for goal and performance tracking; * Maintain an updated and organized KPI database. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience in data analysis and performance metrics; * Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data merging, charts); * Ability to create executive presentations (PowerPoint); * Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify patterns and propose solutions. **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT Contract **Salary:** Negotiable + benefits **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
