Job Summary: Professional responsible for freight management, from quotation and contracting to auditing, discrepancy resolution, and performance indicator monitoring, aiming at cost optimization and operational efficiency. Analytical mindset, resilience, and persistence **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct freight quotations with carriers. Execute freight contracting on the Frete Rápido platform or another platform when necessary. Verify charged vs. contracted freight rates (freight audit). Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with carriers. Handle cargo damages, losses, and delays to ensure carrier reimbursement. Support negotiations and decision-making regarding carrier partnerships to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Assist in defining freight and packaging rules. Ensure adherence to pickup and delivery deadlines. Resolve operational issues with carriers. Monitor performance indicators (on-time performance, cost, damages). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree, currently enrolled or completed. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in freight rate auditing. Desirable Courses and Technical Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge and TMS system experience.
