Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising logistics operations, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize deliveries and reduce costs **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise logistics and shipping operations, covering goods receipt, storage, picking, and distribution; * Plan and monitor routes and loads to optimize deliveries, reduce costs, and meet deadlines; * Identify, implement, and monitor continuous improvements in logistics processes; * Lead, develop, and engage the operational team by providing training, performance monitoring, and periodic feedback; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and current labor legislation; * Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, minimizing losses and discrepancies; * Supervise the issuance and verification of logistics and fiscal documents—such as invoices and waybills—to guarantee legal compliance and traceability; * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions to achieve operational targets; * Prepare managerial reports focused on productivity, operational efficiency, and logistics costs; * Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and logistics service providers; * Ensure agile and efficient service delivery to internal and external customers. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; \- Experience in route planning, team management, and fleet management.
