We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** with an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid interpersonal relationship capabilities — to join a stable and growing company, directly contributing to strengthening organizational culture and employee development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead end-to-end **Recruitment and Selection** processes;
* Conduct **onboarding of new employees**;
* Administer and monitor **performance evaluations and feedback sessions**;
* Identify training and development needs;
* Manage **corporate benefits**;
* Perform **electronic timekeeping control and verification**;
* Support payroll-related information;
* Prepare **HR reports and metrics**;
* Support internal mobility and **offboarding processes**;
* Develop and analyze **organizational climate surveys**;
* Provide support to managers on **people management-related requests**;
* Ensure compliance with **internal policies and labor legislation**;
* Participate in meetings and contribute strategic analyses and actions for the HR function.
**Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree in **Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields**;
* Prior experience in **generalist Human Resources routines**;
* Experience in **Recruitment and Selection**, **performance evaluation**, **feedback delivery**, and leadership support;
* Knowledge of **labor legislation**;
* Experience with **metrics, reporting, and internal controls**;
* Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and professional demeanor.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate degree in **People Management, Organizational Development, or related areas**;
* Experience in companies with close leadership engagement and a human development focus;
* Familiarity with organizational climate processes and HR metrics.

**Work Schedule**
**Monday to Friday \| 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 01:15 PM to 06:00 PM**
Compensation: R$2\.900,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month
