Assistance in laboratory procedures A medical laboratory in Salvador is seeking a Receptionist. **Responsibilities:** Greet and attend to patients arriving at the laboratory, providing information about scheduled procedures and instructions regarding sample collection. Schedule consultations and tests, ensuring timely appointments and efficient patient service. Register patients in the system, recording personal and health-related information required for testing. Collect and prepare biological samples—including blood, urine, feces, and other specimens—adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Organize and maintain inventory of materials and supplies necessary for testing, ensuring availability during service delivery. Assist laboratory technicians and biomedical professionals in sample processing tasks such as centrifugation, separation, and storage. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Consultant, or Customer Service Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
