Job Opening: Welder Assistant We are hiring a **Welder Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the welder in preparing and assembling parts; * Organize materials, tools, and work equipment; * Perform cleaning and basic finishing on welded parts; * Support the handling and securing of metal structures; * Comply with workplace safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum experience in this role or in similar metallurgical activities; * Basic knowledge of welding and tool handling; * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team. **Salary and Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (R$ 20.00 per day); * Life insurance; * Dental plan; * Christmas bonus at year-end. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.524,99 – R$2.033,39 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
