Applying hygiene and food safety standards The bakery is seeking a General Services Assistant in Salvador (Pituba). **Responsibilities:** Clean the dining area, counters, display cases, kitchen, and common areas of the bakery. Sanitize tables, chairs, floors, utensils, and equipment. Collect and properly dispose of garbage and waste. Assist in washing utensils and materials used in production and customer service. Restock hygiene supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. Keep restrooms clean and organized. Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Previous experience as Maintenance Assistant, Cleaning Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, or General Services Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
