POL POS - Patient Services Assistant

The **Patient Services Assistant** plays a fundamental role in the hospital environment, being essential for organizing, enhancing efficiency, and humanizing healthcare services. Their responsibilities span administrative tasks to direct patient interaction, directly impacting service quality. **Salary**: R$1,596.93 **Work Schedule**: 150 hours (Monday–Friday) **Work Mode**: On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend to and guide patients and companions through in-person and telephone communication, aiming to clarify doubts regarding services provided and procedures required to access healthcare services. * Register patients’ registration information using healthcare administrative systems. * Provide support in forwarding requests and scheduling appointments, utilizing institutional tools to ensure patients receive necessary assistance efficiently and within established deadlines. * Assist in resolving administrative and financial pending matters through interactions with responsible teams and control systems, aiming to promptly regularize processes without compromising continuity of care. * Record and monitor patient and companion feedback using satisfaction survey tools and internal reports, aiming to improve service delivery processes and ensure user expectations are met. * Support communication of important information to patients—such as guidance on user rights and availability of unit service information—to promote transparency and engagement in the care process. * Collaborate with the administrative team in controlling and updating documents and records via electronic and physical tools, ensuring information integrity and compliance with institutional rules and regulations. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Benefits** * Incentive bonus; * Meal voucher; * Day off.
