POL POS - Nurse (36h/week, Hemodialysis)
The **nurse** is the healthcare team professional best prepared to assume coordination of patient care planning, working across various areas and playing a vital role in health promotion, prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Conduct clinical assessments of hospitalized patients, collecting data on medical history, vital signs, and symptoms, and recording all information in the system to ensure complete documentation;
* Perform technical procedures such as wound dressings, catheterizations, and laboratory specimen collections, correctly completing all nursing progress notes and care scales within the MV system to ensure accurate information capture and reporting;
* Supervise nursing technicians, ensuring all activities comply with established protocols and standards to maintain consistent, uniform care for all patients;
* Plan and prepare daily work schedules, guaranteeing full coverage across all shifts and adjusting as needed for scheduled or unscheduled absences;
* Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to identify each patient’s specific needs and monitor care plan progression, adjusting as necessary;
* Prepare and maintain detailed records of patients’ clinical progress and interventions performed, drafting activity reports that highlight situations requiring attention to improve clinical care processes;
* Perform other duties inherent to the position.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
* Valid registration with the Professional Council;
* Basic Microsoft Office package;
* Prior experience in hemodialysis preferred.
