Monitor the bottling process on production lines, operate and monitor the WTP and ETP, meeting the Company's Quality standards. **Responsibilities and duties** Finished product Performs cleaning and sanitization of equipment through CIP operation; Prepares the start-up of production lines by cooling the system, setting carbonator pressure, syrup hole adjustment, and opening the micrometer; Prepares inspection equipment by conducting tests with standard bottles and checks its operation during production; (Performs laboratory tests for Brix, CO2, caustic soda concentration, additives in the bottle washer, fill level, etc.), according to their respective predetermined frequencies; Contributes to correcting and addressing non-conformities by intervening in the system, ensuring batch integrity / notifying the responsible person, and stopping the process if necessary; Conduct and monitor physicochemical analyses of the ETP and WTP; Interpret and consolidate data related to quality control of the WTP, ETP, and factory; Monitor CCP (Critical Control Points) and OPRP (Operational Prerequisite Programs) in the area; Practice the Company's mission, vision, and values, and comply with all established policies, standards, and procedures, such as (environmental procedures, food safety, occupational safety, safe behavior program, ISM policy, proper conservation and use of assets and Femsa's image).
