Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **PREREQUISITES** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Valid CFT (Technical Certification); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Must reside in the Bauru/SP region. **PREFERRED:** * Driver's License Category B RESPONSIBILITIES: * Technically analyze construction projects and maintenance activities approved for execution, defining scheduling for implementation according to current procedures; • Under supervision, schedule construction projects and maintenance activities, identifying necessary power outages for service execution while complying with regulatory deadlines; • Under supervision, plan services to be performed by construction teams through analysis of construction and maintenance schedules;• Under supervision, monitor deadlines for documents required to execute activities via the current system, in order to request necessary switching operations from the Operations Center (CO) in the electrical system to enable compliance with execution schedules; * Collaborate with technical teams from project engineering and network inspection to ensure process quality and feedback regarding planned and executed activities; * Analyze the planning, scheduling, and execution process for construction projects to establish feedback flow and continuous improvement across all stakeholders involved; * Uphold and comply with current sustainability management policies and systems, as described in respective manuals; * Ensure alignment between scheduling and operational bases.
