Opportunity to propose process improvements and integrate information. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate/Advanced Power BI (data modeling; DAX is a plus) * Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query) * Intermediate SQL for data querying and manipulation * Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain * Indicator analysis and KPI development **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze operational data related to inventory, procurement, and orders to identify deviations, risks, and opportunities * Develop, structure, and maintain managerial dashboards in **Power BI**, ensuring data reliability and usability * Create and optimize database queries (SQL or similar) for data extraction, transformation, and modeling * Monitor inventory levels, turnover, coverage, and stockouts, proposing corrective and preventive actions * Support and structure procurement planning based on historical data, demand, and forecasts * Monitor orders and delivery timelines, evaluating supplier performance and SLAs * Automate reports and routine tasks in **Excel** (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) * Participate in the development and monitoring of operational and strategic indicators (KPIs) * Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven process improvements * Support cross-functional information integration (Procurement, Inventory, Operations, Finance) * Ensure consistency and governance of data used in analyses
