Description

Job Summary: Responsible for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, masonry, carpentry, and painting maintenance services, ensuring building conservation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Perform multifaceted maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and masonry systems. 2. Ensure building conservation and structural integrity. 3. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards. * \- Execution and Repairs \- Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, masonry, carpentry, and painting maintenance services. \- Carry out repairs, replacements, adjustments, and installations of building components and equipment. \- Conservation and Structure \- Maintain facades, glass, furniture, and other structural elements of the institution. \- Ensure pool cleaning and treatment, where applicable, and maintain technical areas in suitable working condition. \- Prevention and Safety \- Identify repair and improvement needs and report them to the responsible team. \- Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation standards. \- Teamwork \- Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and emergency requirements.
