Identification of continuous improvement opportunities We seek a strategic and operational Logistics Coordinator who works integrally across the entire logistics chain. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency—from goods receipt to final delivery—while guaranteeing high service standards and excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply strategic and transactional thinking in logistics management * Plan, structure, and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring performance analysis and data-driven decision-making * Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring proper organization and recordkeeping of product inventory * Ensure excellence in goods dispatch, guaranteeing on-time delivery, product quality, and integrity * Manage, develop, and engage the logistics team (training, guiding, and correcting as needed) * Promote cross-departmental synergy by collaborating with Quality, Production Control (PCP), Sales, and Production teams to jointly resolve issues and achieve better results * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistics processes * Monitor operational costs and propose optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the food or industrial sectors * Experience managing operational teams * Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) * Analytical, proactive mindset with strong leadership capability * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams **We Offer:** + Medical and dental plans + Performance-based bonus + On-site breakfast and lunch + Food basket \+ complementary multi-benefit card + University tuition partnership + Total Pass + Group life insurance. **Additional Information:** - Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\.
