**Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** ASSEMBLE PROMOTIONAL KITS, STOCK THE PRODUCTION LINE WITH PRODUCTS AND RAW MATERIALS, AND PACKAGE THEM TO MEET CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Incomplete Elementary Education * Flexible Availability of Working Hours **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Your main responsibilities will include:** 1\. Identify damaged products, segregate defective items, and place them on separate pallets to ensure end customers do not receive defective goods. 2\. Apply stretch film around products on pallets to secure them and guarantee product integrity. 3\. Move product pallets by manually operating a hydraulic hand truck for line replenishment or removal of packaged products. 4\. Perform physical counts of products and raw materials at the beginning and end of the process, reporting quantities to production control to ensure inventory accuracy. 5\. Replenish the promotional kit assembly line by opening boxes, removing products, and placing them onto supply tables to support the assembly process. 6\. Assemble promotional kits by retrieving products from supply tables and packaging them into bags or blister packs to support the assembly process. 7\. Seal promotional kits using manual or automatic equipment to close product packaging. 8\. Inspect finished kits, verifying barcodes and seals, and separating conforming and non-conforming items to ensure quality assurance. 9\. Box products by removing them from quality inspection tables and placing them into boxes to complete the promotional kit assembly process. 10\. Remove completed boxes and place them onto pallets for handling and storage. 11\. Follow operational procedures as defined in work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP). 12\. Comply with occupational safety procedures, assess and ensure the quality of personal protective equipment (PPE), actively participate in and understand topics covered during safety briefings and training sessions, to comply with all safety rules and procedures. 13\.
