Sonepar continues to grow through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise IT systems, integration, and service projects, ensuring alignment with business needs; Coordinate maintenance and evolution of ERP and integrated systems, including action plans, configuration, security, access controls, and performance; Establish technical and operational standards, conduct performance testing, and define monitoring tools; Manage risks in digital projects and systems, developing mitigation plans and tracking their execution; Supervise vendors and third parties on projects, controlling requirements, schedules, and delivery quality; Handle operational tickets and requests from the systems area, ensuring efficient and continuous support; Coordinate and allocate technical team activities, promoting guidance, training, and optimal resource utilization; Drive process and methodology reviews to enhance efficiency, support coverage, and continuous improvement; Manage third-party contracts and the ITSM tool, ensuring their effectiveness in supporting operations; Serve as the focal point representing the systems area across internal teams, vendors, and business units to resolve issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; Knowledge of Third-Party Contract Management; Knowledge of ERP Systems (integrations and services). **We Offer** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * IFood Card (Meal or Food allowance); * Group Life Insurance; * Wellhub/Gympass * PLR – Profit and Results Sharing; All qualified candidates will be considered for employment opportunities based on merit, without discrimination due to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
