Through its **Shared Services Center (CSC)**, located in Campinas/SP, the group centralizes and strengthens its administrative, accounting, and financial processes. We are seeking a **Controller Analyst** to join our team — analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with data, controls, and management reporting. **Desired Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in **Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics**, or related fields; * Practical experience in **accounting and controller functions**, including understanding of: * Accounting entries; * Reconciliations; * Basic knowledge of accounting closing procedures; * **Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency**, including mastery of: * VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF; * Pivot Tables; * Data organization and analysis; * **Analytical, organized** profile with strong attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Supporting **controller routines**; * Preparing and analyzing **management reports**; * Conducting reconciliations and **accounting controls**; * Supporting **monthly closings** and internal controls; * Assisting with **organizing, standardizing, and analyzing data in Excel** **Join Grupo Rota Oeste** Here you’ll find a collaborative environment, with learning and professional development opportunities within a structured and continuously evolving Shared Services Center (CSC).
