Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Designer to develop efficient, safe, and sustainable packaging solutions in the corrugated cardboard field, meeting client needs and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the development and design of corrugated cardboard packaging. 2. Develop projects considering customer specifications and logistics requirements. 3. Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams. We are looking for a **Packaging Designer** to work in the **corrugated cardboard** field. The professional will be responsible for developing, designing, and creating efficient, safe, and sustainable packaging solutions, meeting each client’s specific requirements and ensuring product quality. **Responsibilities:** * Design corrugated cardboard packaging, considering customer specifications, product type, and logistical characteristics. * Develop technical drawings and perform packaging strength calculations using design software such as AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD, or similar tools. * Participate in new product development processes, adjusting designs to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. * Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with required standards. * Conduct packaging strength and functionality tests. * Monitor the packaging manufacturing process to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Update and maintain technical records, including technical data sheets and project reports. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **packaging design** or packaging engineering, preferably in the corrugated cardboard sector. * Proficiency in **design software**, such as AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD, or similar. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of strength calculations and material properties of corrugated cardboard. * Experience with **custom packaging** and packaging optimization for transportation and storage is desirable. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in **Product Design**, **Production Engineering**, **Packaging Technology**, or related fields. * Knowledge of quality and safety standards applicable to packaging development.
