Join us to build a cleaner future! \#LI\-Onsite Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with and deployment of M\+H’s internal requirements; * Planning of activities and management of continuous improvement projects; * Creativity and resilience to adapt to diverse group work situations; * Monitoring implementation of new projects; * Updating operational and technical documentation (Work Instructions, PFMEA, etc.); * Supporting production process development (introduction and/or modification of products or components), defining productive and logistical flows to meet established quality, timeline, and cost criteria; * Ensuring development delivers optimal cost-effectiveness for products and manufacturing processes while adhering to project schedules; * Preparing specifications documents, participating in pre-project approvals, providing technical support during development, and other related tasks to ensure adherence to established standards and supplier follow-up/follow-up on equipment suppliers; * Managing layout improvements to optimize productivity; Qualifications * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields); * Advanced English – Mandatory; * Proficiency in Office 365, Power BI, Excel, and SAP; * Problem analysis and resolution skills; * Hands-on profile; Why Join Us?
