At this time, we are **hiring a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician** to join our team. The main challenge of this position is to **promote a safe working environment**, by preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and reinforcing the prevention culture across the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs, such as the Risk Management Program (PGR) and other legally required documents. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Conduct safety inspections and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Investigate accidents and incidents, defining action plans. * Deliver safety training and provide guidance on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Manage PPE distribution and track expiration dates. * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), the Annual Internal Prevention Week (SIPAT), and the Emergency Brigade. * Accompany OHS audits and inspections. * Monitor safety indicators and maintain up-to-date documentation. * Support eSocial-related processes and collaborate with HR and leadership teams to promote safety culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. * Experience in OHS routines, preferably in industrial or meat-processing environments. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and mandatory OHS programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT). * Experience in accident investigation, PPE management, and safety training. * Familiarity with eSocial (OHS-related events) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience monitoring safety indicators. **Competencies:** * Clear and concise communication * Customer and results orientation * Problem-solving ability * Professional responsibility and ethics * Technical knowledge of the field * Familiarity with systems and tools * Process and deliverable organization and management. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Availability to work in Nova Odessa and Americana * Remuneration: BRL 4,934.00 (minimum wage + hazard pay) * Benefits: On-site meal + Attendance Bonus **MESTRO Alimentos is a company specialized in the processing, production, and commercialization of meat-based foods, delivering quality, safety, and trust.** We operate through efficient and sustainable processes, ensuring the confidence of customers and partners.
