**OPEN POSITION | FLUIG DEVELOPER (TOTVS)** We are looking for a **Fluig Developer** to strategically contribute to the development and improvement of processes within the **TOTVS Fluig** system. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain widgets, scripts, and customizations on the Fluig platform * Design and enhance BPM processes, forms, and business rules * Implement integrations between Fluig and other systems (e.g., TOTVS RM, external APIs, etc.) * Perform diagnostics and resolve incidents related to Fluig * Ensure adherence to best practices in development, version control, and technical documentation * Support functional teams in process design and continuous improvement **Requirements** * Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields * Proven experience with TOTVS Fluig (BPM, ECM, GED) * Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery * Proficiency in Fluig widget development * Experience with REST/SOAP-based integrations * Practical experience with SQL (preferably SQL Server) * Knowledge of version control (Git) * 2–5 years of experience (mid-level) **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical mindset and process orientation * Continuous learning mindset and willingness to experiment with new solutions **Key Challenges** * Synchronizing data securely, efficiently, and reliably * Assuming operational responsibility for developed processes
