




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Electrical Supervisor to oversee technical supervision, field inspection, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in industrial construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design documents and standards. Description: Basic requirements: * Completed technical and/or undergraduate degree in Electrotechnics or related fields. * Active registration with CREA/CRT. * Experience in industrial construction projects, specifically in electrical installation. * Practical knowledge of interpreting electrical drawings and P\&IDs. * Experience in testing, calibration, and commissioning of instruments and electrical systems. * Familiarity with ABNT, NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35 standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). * Strong technical communication skills and report-writing ability. * Willingness to work on-site in Paulínia/SP and conduct occasional visits to suppliers. Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., energy, biogas, oil and gas, petrochemicals). * Experience in EPC or EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction/Construction Management) projects. * Knowledge of control and automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA). * Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, and AutoCAD (diagram interpretation). * Experience in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). * Additional training in NR\-33 (confined spaces) and NR\-13 (pressure vessels). * Proactive, collaborative profile committed to quality, safety, and technical delivery. Detailed Description: * Supervise the detailed engineering project carried out by the contracted engineering firm; * Review detailed engineering deliverables issued by the engineering firm relevant to the electrical discipline and ensure integration with other disciplines; * Supervise incorporation of internal standards into the detailed engineering project; * Serve as interface between technical authorities and the detailed engineering firm and suppliers; * Support procurement process development for equipment and materials, forwarding documentation to Procurement; * Provide end-to-end support throughout the procurement process until commissioning, including material arrival at site; * Review supplier-provided engineering documents and integrate them with the detailed engineering project; * Conduct technical analysis of processes and issue technical opinions; * Interface between the detailed engineering firm and suppliers; * Participate in SATs for equipment; * Support development of contracting processes for civil construction, structural steelwork, electromechanical installation, and commissioning—including issuance of technical opinions; * Supervise/inspect civil construction, structural steelwork, electromechanical installation, commissioning, and startup contractors on-site. 2512100202181911529
