




Job Summary: The professional will implement and lead continuous improvement programs, focusing on Lean and TPM to optimize processes and reduce costs. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and resolution of production issues **Responsibilities:** *Implement, train, and lead the continuous improvement program with emphasis on Lean and TPM tools. Act proactively to enhance productivity and reduce costs through these tools and the continuous improvement program. Identify production problems and root causes to eliminate recurrence. Establish problem-solving strategies and propose continuous process improvements.* **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields such as Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Administration, Chemistry, or similar. * Experience in Continuous Improvement or related areas.
