Focus on data accuracy, business unit support, and continuous improvement of internal controls and management reporting.**Job Description:** Recording costs during monthly closing; Monitoring actual expenditures versus budgeted amounts; conducting periodic meetings with account managers; Supporting annual budgeting and reviewing production and sales expense forecasts, ensuring proper expense allocation and presenting/reviewing information with the Plant Manager; Consolidating accounting and tax-related information, ensuring alignment among controller, accounting, and tax departments; Supporting internal and external audits; Participating in process improvement initiatives and implementing new ERP systems or control tools; Providing consultative support to operational areas, advising on financial impacts; Overseeing physical inventory counts and auditing performed counts; Monitoring CAPEX expenditures; Preparing monthly forecasts and all associated reports; Budget planning; Preparing and analyzing financial statements; Developing dashboards and management reports (Power BI, Excel) for performance tracking and decision support; Conducting margin analysis, pricing evaluation, cost composition analysis, and profitability analysis by product, customer, or project; **Required Skills and Education** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is desirable.
