Job Summary: Mechanical technician professional with experience in welding, interpretation of technical drawings, and development/maintenance of tools and fixtures. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in welding processes and knowledge of metallic materials. 2. Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD 3D projects. 3. Development and manufacturing of specialized tools, parts, and accessories. Description: * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in welding processes. * Knowledge of metallic material properties. * Teamwork skills. * Preferred Qualification: Experience in development and assembly of tooling, jigs, and fixtures. * Interpret technical drawings, CAD 3D projects, and production orders to perform technical and operational tasks. * Assemble/weld prototype, pilot batch, jig, fixture, tooling, assembly, or part projects according to 3D models or technical drawings. * Develop and manufacture specialized tools, parts, and accessories to meet factory production and infrastructure needs. * Modify, adjust, and calibrate existing tools to improve performance or adapt\-to new operating conditions. Generally, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and mechanical equipment. * Implement modifications, repairs, improvements, or adjustments to the factory infrastructure per engineering projects and actions coordinated with Manufacturing Engineering. * Prepare welding equipment (welding accessories and consumables) and other machines and equipment to be used (operation of industrial machinery). * Join metallic alloy components using welding processes, adhering to company-specified welding parameters. * Provide shop-floor support to assist in identifying issues and implementing improvements or repairs for jigs, fixtures, production methods, and products. * Provide technical and operational support, monitoring, and validation of jigs and fixtures (tooling) together with Manufacturing Engineering and production departments. * Suggest improvements to jig, fixture (tooling), or prototype projects in collaboration with engineering teams. 2512300202491564375
