Participation in systems and process projects Schedule: 07:30\-17:00\|Mon\-Thu\|07:30\-16:00\|Fri Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in related fields Mandatory Requirement: Process Flow Tool Main Responsibilities: * Map, analyze, and review administrative processes, proposing structured improvements (AS IS / TO BE); * Maintain up-to-date procedures, instructions, manuals, routine guides, and business rule documentation; * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities in finance, tax, procurement, and HR routines; * Act as the interface between administrative departments and IT, translating business needs into functional requirements; * Participate in implementation or improvement projects for administrative systems and processes; * Support ERP (TOTVS Datasul) configuration, testing, and user acceptance; * Ensure standardization and compliance with internal policies and legal obligations; * Propose and monitor administrative performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of administrative routines; * Support corporate information governance and organization; * Guide departments on proper adherence to established workflows and procedures.
