Job Summary: Our Technical Support team is seeking professionals with experience in equipment configuration, networking, and telecommunications to remotely assist customers with technical questions and issues. Opportunity to work onsite in Santo Cristo/RS When our customers have questions or encounter technical issues with our services’ functionality, the Technical Support team steps in to provide remote assistance. Your experience in equipment configuration, networking, and telecommunications is exactly what we’re looking for. **This and all other posted positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers via available communication channels. * Generate and communicate the customer service protocol number. * Identify and resolve customer requests. * Conduct basic tests with customers to diagnose issues. * Escalate to Level 2 Analysts when necessary. * Identify and ensure adherence to SLA deadlines for dedicated customers, interconnection services, or government clients. * Forward cases to the Maintenance department upon identifying physical issues that cannot be resolved remotely. * Aim to resolve issues during the customer’s first contact.
