Knowledge Guidance of physical exercises in weight training, occupational gymnastics, and development of group activities. Responsibilities Attend to and advise clients at companies, gyms, and/or Occupational Health Centers (CATs). Plan, prescribe, guide, and assess physical, sports, and recreational activities at companies, gyms, and/or Occupational Health Centers (CATs), under supervision. Plan, execute, and monitor implementation of the program within the area of practice, according to organizational guidelines. Assist in programs and events within the area of practice. Prepare reports, informational materials, and technical opinions related to the area of practice. Develop and implement educational and preventive activities in health, leisure, and/or education fields. Conduct specialized training sessions and physical and postural assessments. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area of practice and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, execution, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and results. Manage inventory of materials within the area of practice. Lead work processes within the area of practice and/or integrated initiatives.
