How about becoming part of our team? **Primary Location:** Brazil (BR) \- Rio Grande do Sul \- Horizontina **Function:** People and Culture (CA) **Title:** People Consultant Human Resources PL \- Horizontina/RS \- 116007 As a People Consultant Human Resources PL at John Deere, based at the Horizontina/RS unit, you will be responsible for working in the Human Resources consulting area, developing processes and projects for people and team development. You will support recruitment and selection processes, training and development, as well as strategically partnering with business areas and developing continuous improvement projects in Human Resources. Main Responsibilities * Act as a business partner to leaders and employees regarding Human Resources processes and tools, including Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Development, Internal Communication, and other HR policies and processes; * Work with leaders to identify collective and individual development opportunities, customizing and developing content; * Lead and coordinate the delivery of courses and training programs, using both internal and external resources; * Support initiatives that help the organization build a more diverse and inclusive environment for our employees and make it more attractive to new talents; * Support leaders and employees on Human Resources matters; * Participate in and/or lead projects to achieve the unit's tactical and strategic goals. Skills You Need * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Social Sciences, or related fields; * Intermediate English: able to read and write emails independently, participate in calls and meetings; * Interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills; * Proficiency in using tools and software supporting HR processes.
