Job Summary: Assists international clients with product information, order processing, documentation, and market prospecting, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance and communication with international clients. 2. End-to-end management of the export process, from quotation to shipment. 3. Exploration of new markets and global partnerships. **EXPORT ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide assistance to international clients by informing them about changes, new product launches, and any other updates regarding the brand and products; Perform other duties related to the position as determined by immediate supervision; Process orders received via email and verify them with clients; Forward orders to production; Handle customer billing; Prepare shipping documentation for classified cargo; Prepare Certificates of Origin; Send documentation to customers; Maintain work equipment and tools in perfect condition and cleanliness, including keeping the workplace organized; Keep customers updated on pricing and periodically verify price updates with management; Negotiate payment terms and orders with customers; Explore importation of raw materials; Explore new markets and partnerships; Provide quotations and arrange shipment operations for orders; Prepare all final documentation required for shipment and send documentation to customers. **Requirements:** Requirements: Minimum six (6) months of proven experience in this role; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or related fields; Fluent Spanish and basic English **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour daily break. **Benefits:** Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher worth R$ 22.00. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
