Job Summary: The Junior Educational Assistant supports students with academic and financial requests and engages across communication channels to ensure a positive academic experience. Engagement across institutional communication channels We are seeking a Junior Educational Assistant to provide student service and support, contributing to a positive and efficient academic experience. The candidate will support academic and financial requests and directly manage the institution's communication channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide student service via telephone, chat, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * Assist the Student Relationship Center (CRE) with both academic and financial requests; * Support student relationship and service activities; * Contribute to organizing and streamlining information flow between departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferred); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to organize and concentrate effectively; * Good interpersonal skills; * Proactive and dynamic attitude; * Familiarity with Google Workspace; * Proficiency and aptitude in public service. **Additional Information** * Position: Assistant I * Workload: 38 hours per week \- Afternoon and Night shifts * Remuneration: R$ 2000.00 * Benefits: Subsidized in-house dental plan, health insurance subsidy, education discount, and childcare allowance.
