Position: Plastic industry supervisor.
Main Responsibilities: Manage production, teams, and the rotomolding process, ensuring quality, targets (PCP), and safety.
Work on the factory floor to optimize resources, reduce waste, and train operators.
The role is strategic, focusing on balancing technical efficiency, compliance with regulations, and people management.
**Key Responsibilities and Activities:**
* **Production Management:** Monitor planning, control machine parameters, and ensure adherence to deadlines and targets.
* **Quality Control:** Monitor the production process, inspect parts (visually and instrumentally), and implement corrective actions.
* **Team Leadership:** Train, develop, and manage operators, organizing work schedules and routines.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs (materials, waste).
* **Safety and Regulations:** Ensure compliance with safety, health, fire prevention, and environmental protection regulations.
**Profile and Requirements:**
* **Experience:** Prior experience in an industrial environment, specifically in plastic transformation or similar.
* **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving ability, organization, and strong communication skills.

Compensation: R$4.500,00 - R$6.000,00 per month
